Secondary Ministries

Teaching What Matters Most

At ACC Marsden Park, we are more than a school – we are a Christ-centered community. We are dedicated to nurturing every student’s relationship with Jesus Christ, while equipping them to thrive academically, socially and spiritually.
Our mission is to walk alongside your family, providing opportunities for your child to deepen their understanding of Christ and grow into the person He has called them to be.

Through our Ministry Vision, we strive to present the word of God faithfully (Colossians 1:25), proclaiming Christ as Lord, in hope that students will be made mature in Christ (Colossians 1:28). Hear from Alex Jacobi, our Ministry Coordinator on how we bring faith to life each day.

“I liked that we learned how the Bible is written and how it's designed to be read, because now I know how to read the Bible and understand it better. It's not just a book of stories I've been told as a child...” -

Ask me Anything Booth

  • Each week during lunchtime our Ministry team situate themselves in a certain part of the playground at lunch with a “Ask me anything / Pray for anything” booth.
  • This booth allows for students to freely come up and ask any question in relation to Faith, or to receive prayer for something that they need God’s help with.

Decision to Discipleship

  • Decision to discipleship is a ministry pathway that encourages the next steps for students who make a decision to follow Jesus within a school ministry context.
  • Decision to discipleship aims to ensure that every new student believer is discipled to become a lifelong follower of Jesus.
  • From the beginning of a student's commitment to follow Jesus, the aim is to disciple them through conversation, connection, community, and where possible into a local church.
“What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off?” -

Launching in 2025:
New Ministry Opportunities

With prayerful consideration, and in response to the enthusiasm and feedback from our students and teachers, we are excited to introduce three new initiatives commencing in 2025.

ENCOUNTER Youth Ministry Excursion

This is an opportunity for our students, particularly those who have not yet been to a youth night to experience what it’s like to gather with a community of believers in the context of a local church setting. We’re praying and believing that this will plant the seed, and build a bridge for them to become planted in a local church community.

Student Ministry
Leaders Development Day

The purpose of these days is to equip and empower our student ministry leaders for greater effectiveness in the Ministry work here at ACC Marsden Park and beyond. Formatted as a two-day intensive, these days are designed to help equip and empower our students to fulfil the vision and mission of Australian Christian College.

LOCAL Missions

As our College explores opportunities to do missions, we are excited about the possibility of launching local-level mission trips for our students to serve in.
